John Eyres

John is a senior management consultant with over 20 years of experience. His experience covers strategy, technology and business transformation. He has delivered projects across multiple industries, business functions and geographies. His industry experience includes Financial Services & Insurance, Health & Wellness, TMT and Government. Before founding Typhoon, John previously worked with Accenture and Credit Suisse.

Outside of work, John enjoys family time with his wife and 6 boys. He is a keen sailor and tennis player.

Peter Meyer

Peter, based near Munich, Germany, is a seasoned IT executive and Senior IT professional with international experience across multiple industries. Over the last 25 years he has held numerous global IT Leadership roles in large MNC’s and mid-size companies. His area of expertise includes large IT Transformations, leading and executing IT Change programs, re-shaping IT organizations, IT strategy as well as cost optimization programs. He is known for using innovative ideas and IT technology to develop and drive the digital roadmap of a company.

Peter previously worked for BMW, Deutsche Post DHL, FIS, Gardena, Rolls-Royce Aeroengines and a wind turbine manufacturer.

Besides work, Peter is a passionate Skier and is constantly trying to improve his Golf handicap – if time permits. He is married and father of three grown up children.

Outside of work, Yones likes travelling and is a fans of K-Pop music, Korean dramas and movies.

Charlotte possesses deep expertise in the financial sector, including equities trading operations from front office to back office, and has a strong understanding of Telco customer journeys and product life cycles, complemented by robust reporting design capabilities.

She has a proven track record of leading global and offshore teams in high-pressure environments, driving successful outcomes through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and meticulous execution. Charlotte’s ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver results makes her a trusted scrum master in transformation project

He holds credentials as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP) and Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) complemented by a Global MBA.
